When Ukrainian news channels reported on the volatile exchange at the Oval Office, the war-battered country almost immediately rallied around their leader. Imtiaz Tyab reports. The Food and Drug Administration unexpectedly canceled an annual meeting of its advisers to update next season's influenza vaccines, raising concerns about the timeline for manufacturing next winter's flu shots.
