A Spirit Airlines flight diverted to the Dominican Republic after it was hit by gunfire while trying to land in Haiti. One flight attendant was injured by flying debris, according to their union. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says Russia is amassing troops in preparation for an assault on the Kursk region, which Ukrainian troops took partial control of during a surprise offensive months ago.
