A federal jury found former Kentucky police detective Brett Hankison guilty of using excessive force in the 2020 Kentucky raid which killed Breonna Taylor. Her death sparked police reform and racial justice protests nationwide. Hankison faces a maximum sentence of life in prison in his March sentencing. Rescue efforts are continuing four days after flash flooding in Spain killed over 210 people, the country's worst natural disaster in generations. More than a year's worth of rain fell in just eight hours in some areas. Some residents expressed frustration with government prevention and response. Chris Livesay reports.
