In the opening episode, Nell delves into Ireland's connection to the land – through farming, growing and nurturing. She meets a host of contributors whose lives and music are deeply rooted in the soil. Among them are her parents Teddy and Síle Uí Chróinín, and Muscraí singer Eoiní Maidhcí Ó Suilleabháin.
