Tension rises in the psych ward after the events that occurred. Mert questions his sanity, and Menderes makes sure Mert stays that way.

The ward hosts a party to celebrate the World Mental Health Day. In an event where everybody dresses the same, Mert uses his disguise to take advantage of the situation.

Menderes confronts Mert, while the ward tries to figure out who was responsible for the incident. Each group has to spare some time to mourn a death.

The clock is ticking, and Mert resorts to an unexpected ally. But first, the patients and the staff demand an explanation for everything.
