A Nice Greek Boy
When Costas pressures Keven to convert to Greek Orthodox, Keven worries that his Italian Catholic mother will see changing religions as a betrayal. Meanwhile, a newly discovered medical issue could threaten Maria's career.

Back to My Roots
Maria and Keven travel to their hometown of Boston to break the news to his mother that he's converting to Greek Orthodox, who uses this as an opportunity to challenge their relationship. Maria and Kev make an emotional visit to an old friend.

Over Budget and Underspermed

Maria invites Keven's mom Kathie to Los Angeles to improve their relationship, but an outburst from Costas and a few missteps by Maria threaten to push her further away. Meanwhile, Maria and Keven receive anticipated news from the fertility doctor.

Family Smackdown
WWE invites Maria to wrestle at SummerSlam, and Maria jumps at the chance; but when her family and boss don't approve, life gets complicated. Meanwhile, Keven's refusal to fix their fertility problem puts a strain on their relationship.

Costas Down
With Keven still undecided about fixing his fertility issue, Maria has to face the possibility that he may never want children. When Costas has a terrifying diabetic attack the family has to pull together to stage a health intervention.

It's Good to Be Greek
Kev's conversion ceremony in Connecticut is meant to bring the family together; but when Costas creates a scene, it threatens the happiness of the occasion. Keven and Maria must make a decision about having children.
