Episode 1
Tim and Rebecca are coming to the end of their two-year gîte project, while Tim and Krys press on with their formal garden and tennis court restoration.

Episode 2
Tim and Krys must complete their formal garden at Domaine de la Barde in time for a party, and tensions are high when they try to install the grand central fountain.

Episode 3
In Northern France, Tim and Margreeth decide to create a well-being and mindfulness experience in their vast woodland, starting with a sensory `barefoot path". The job turns out to be less than zen. Matt and Helen take on the restoration of a horse-drawn carriage and Helen faces the challenge of upholstery. At Château de la Fare, Janet is back from the UK and keen to help Philip finish their third guest suite. However, something as simple as the paint colour causes concern. Narrated by Adjoa Andoh.

Episode 4
At Château des Lys, Tim and Margreeth continue with their woodland mindfulness project as they plan to add a yoga area under an ancient linden tree. However, rain threatens Tim's grand plan to build a log sweat lodge. In the Dordogne region of France, Abbie, Clive and Karen juggle DIY and the raspberry harvest to get ready for wedding season. Narrated by Adjoa Andoh.

Episode 5
In Picardie in northern France, Ithaca and Alex start to prepare for their annual fundraising brocante and flower fair. However, despite meticulous planning, the rain threatens boggy ground and a total washout. Tim and Margeeth try to turn an old stable into a cheese and wine-tasting venue and must learn some new skills along the way. New owners Alison and Zion make a start on repairs to their long-abandoned 19th-century château, but even with an 18-metre cherry picker, some jobs prove too tricky. Narrated by Adjoa Andoh.

Episode 6
At ChâteauLagorce, Edward rebuilds some rotten shutters that feature prominently in wedding photographs. May and Guy lock horns over the future of their now rotten chicken coop.

Episode 7
Becky and Mark begin another guest room in preparation for their family visit, but face issues with a cracked wall. Edward creates a private terrace as a surprise for Anna.

Episode 8
At Chateaude Rosieres, Amy and Marc learn new skills to make their own wine. Edward plans to build a hi-tech chicken coop only for his feathered friends to give him the runaround.

Episode 9
Amy and Marc receive an award for their renovations and host a picnic in their garden for 60 of the organisation's members. However, the garden is criss-crossed by open trenches for all their ongoing plumbing and electrical work. Becky and Mark are under pressure to complete their final guest room, but they still find time to introduce their daughters to two new kittens. In north-west France, Philip and Angelina are flat-out preparing for the event season. The moat must be navigated to smarten up the château'senormous shutters and Angelina makes over a kilometre of bunting. Narrated by Adjoa Andoh.

Episode 10
Amy and Marc have a mountain to climb in the garden ahead of the picnic and also need to make their dining room into a showpiece for the event. When the bridge connecting them to the mainland starts to crumble, Philip and Angelina are forced to take action. Belinda and Lee start an adventurous project turning an outbuilding into a two-bedroom gîte. Narrated by Adjoa Andoh.

Episode 11
With a first booking on the cards, Ben and Billie must finish renovating their ballroom, but a delay in the delivery of five two-metre-tall mirrors may scupper their chances.

Episode 12
Anna and Edward host their first wedding of the season, but with no chef, Edward has to cater the event. Emma and Paul start work on their al fresco bar and dining area.

Episode 13
Debbie and Nigel create a new terrace for their hot tub, but taking on all the work themselves is no simple task, especially when it comes to moving the bath into position.

Episode 14
Living in a chateau is a constant battle with maintenance, and for Erin and JB it's no exception as they try to combat a leaky roof. Erin also has a creative art project to enhance their Yellow Salon for an anniversary dinner party. In Cognac Country, Sarah and George take on the challenge to makeover an entire estate cottage on a tiny budget, wanting to create a family bolthole for the busy wedding season.

Episode 15
Storms and bad weather have spelt disaster for Erin and JB, as part of the original mediaeval foundations of their island have collapsed into the moat. Trying to fix it all themselves, JB's engineering skills are put to the test when they try to raise the heavy stones. Stephanie's tartan apartment project for Gerry continues as she rolls up her sleeves to sand blast the hayloft beams. Sarah and George agree to host the local town fete, but with a septic tank being installed just days before the event the grounds are far from picture perfect.
