A dry spring leaves the house facing a water shortage in high summer, but head gardener Steve sets to work on a Victorian irrigation system to recharge lakes and fountains.

Episode 4
Abseiling surveyors check the condition of the gold leaf-coated window frames that were recently the subject of expensive renovation - but come back with a nasty discovery.

As winter arrives and 2020 draws to a close, the team look to the future.
