Maggie Molloy and building engineer Kieran McCarthy help 28-year-old health care worker Claire Hassett search for an affordable home. With a maximum budget of 170,000 euros, she is looking for a two or three-bedroom house that doesn't need a major refurbishment. Claire is hoping for a home that close to her job in Cork and family in Thurles.

Episode 2
Maggie Molloy is searching for property bargains with driving instructor Mike Shyne from Castleconnell. He's looking for a two to three bedroom house that he can renovate before handing it over to his two daughters when they're older.

Episode 3
Maggie is on a house hunt with 22-year-old, traditional wood worker, Eoin Reardon. He's looking to buy an old single storey stone cottage that he can restore to it's original state.

Episode 4
In this episode, Maggie makes her way to Castlepollard to meet Colm and Margie MacNamee. After living in South Korea, the couple are now on the hunt for a family home in Ireland.

Episode 5
In episode 5, Maggie is helping Belinda Ketel and Jamie Sugrue search for a great value home in North Kerry.

House hunter Trina O' Connor, wants to begin the next chapter of her life outside Dublin, so meets Maggie and Kieran in Carlow, to search for a new home.

Episode 8
In the series finale, Maggie and Kieran travel to Mayo to meet hairdresser Patrice Lyttle who is desperate to get on the property ladder, close to where she works in Westport.
