If You Can Make It Here...

It's New York City - arguably the culinary capital of the country and where the competition is cutthroat. The final 3 chefs have cooked their way across America on their cooking, trading and survival skills. Now, they have to do something that is very NYC centric - sell their own dishes from street carts - and the ingredients are from challenges along their coast to coast journey: bison, offal, goat meat and pigs' feet! The chef with the least profit will be sent packing. Then it's onto the ultimate showdown for 2 chefs: they will create their very own rival restaurants on a terrace of a stylish Manhattan hotel. The victor will take home $100,000 and be crowned the winner of Chef Race!
