The undersized British team is allowed to pick an American chef to join their ranks, and Bianca proves herself to be a marketing gem for the Brits. Things become explosive for Team U.S. when Cody's attempt to lead fails. The teams face off at a Checkpoint by the Arkansas River cooking their best catfish dish. And, one chef collapses in the summer heat and is taken to the hospital!
