After this accident, Qiao Zhi, despite holding a university degree, turned down a promising corporate career offered by his professor and chose to honor his grandfather's dying wish. He set out to reclaim the restaurant "Shi Tang" and dedicate his life to preserving and promoting the profound heritage of Chinese culinary arts.
