Chicago P.D. steps up Goodwin's security after she's threatened online by a former employee. Archer and Frost treat victims from a disciplinary camp injured during a rockslide. Maggie gets roped into delivering a high schooler's baby. 

Ripley and Frost uncover shocking information that conflicts with their patient's DNR. Hannah facilitates an unexpected reunion. The tension between Archer and Lenox comes to a head.

Goodwin's troubles persist. Charles clashes with his former resident over a depressed patient. Lenox and Ripley treat a car accident victim who recently reunited with his college sweetheart.

When her former patient returns to Med, Goodwin learns that time doesn't heal all wounds. Frost and Charles treat a patient struggling with his sexuality. Lenox and Abrams work to save a woman who has been in a coma for 20 years.

Charles and Archer treat a heart transplant patient who believes his new heart doesn't want to be in his body. Lenox takes a personal day. Hannah discovers a mass on a pregnant woman's ovary.

Maggie and Goodwin's friendship is tested as tensions rise during the nurses union's negotiations with the hospital. Ripley and Archer treat a skateboarder struck by an emergency vehicle. Frost helps a young boy abandoned by his mother.

The hospital faces a staffing crisis as the nurses stage a sick-out. Archer and Frost bet on who can discharge their patients first. Charles' distrust of a patient complicates his treatment.

Maggie and Frost fight to get a pair of lungs for a young cystic fibrosis patient. Hannah learns whether she can become a surrogate. Ripley and Morris treat the daughter of a tech billionaire battling leukemia.
