Season 1
Episodes

Welcome to the Island
Twelve chefs arrive on a remote island and are immediately thrown into the elements, forced to work in teams and cook without traditional tools or electricity. As they scramble to build their kitchens and struggle to light fires, each team must deliver a three-course meal for the esteemed judges. In round one, a venomous threat in the basket tests their nerve as unstable flames and clashing strategies threaten to derail both teams. The lowest-performing chefs are sent to the Gauntlet for a head-to-head battle. In brutal weather, they must break down and cook a formidable creature from the sea. Which Castaway will fight their way back, and who will be the first chef chopped?

Dig In or Go Home
The remaining 11 chefs race through the punishing sand to dig up their basket ingredients, uncovering a mix of high-quality and low-quality items that will define their fate. With only fire at their disposal and no margin for error, the chefs must transform their hard-won ingredients into five family-style dishes under extreme conditions. One team rallies together, while the other begins to crack as individual agendas take over. The lowest-performing chefs are sent to the Gauntlet for a head-to-head battle. In a relentless rainstorm, they must take on a risky protein where one mistake could send them home. When it's all on the line, which Castaway will claw their way back into the competition, and who will be chopped?

Dive Deep
In a high-risk challenge, the 10 remaining chefs must dive into choppy waters to retrieve their basket ingredients, but the longer they fight the surf, the less time they have to cook. With a vibrant mix of ingredients pulled from the sea, the chefs must make bold choices under pressure. The two lowest-performing chefs are sent to the Gauntlet, where a delicate protein meets unexpected flavors, and relentless smoke pushes their precision to the limit. Which Castaway will fight their way back into the competition, and who will be sent off the island?

Choose Your Weapon
The competition is turned on its head as a game-changing twist reshapes the field. Nine chefs remain to face a high-stakes precision challenge where the teams must choose their weapons and hit their targets to earn high-value ingredients that could make or break their dishes. In a relay-style cook, each team must come together to create one cohesive dish built around a showstopping basket. The losing team is sent to a brutal Gauntlet, where a major shakeup threatens to upend the game. With just 30 minutes and a demanding basket, everything is on the line. Which Castaway will fight their way forward, and who will be chopped?

You're on Your Own, Kid
The competition shifts, and every chef is forced to rely on themselves like never before. To locate their baskets, the chefs must navigate the dense jungle using only a compass, where every wrong turn costs valuable time in the kitchen. In round one, each chef is pushed to define their point of view, creating a dish that reflects both creativity and independence under pressure. In the Gauntlet, the two lowest-performing chefs face off in a high-stakes elimination where early obstacles slow their momentum, and a demanding protein tests their control. Who will rise to meet the moment, and who will be chopped?
