Chō Futsū Toshi Kashiwa Densetsu  is a local animation produced by citizens in Chiba and Kashiwa with the aim of revitalizing the region. The first season was produced in 2016 and the second season was produced in 2019, and it was published on YouTube, digital signage such as in front of the station. The third TV anime "Kashiwa Densetsu R", an ordinary city, was produced based on the support money of about 2 million yen collected by crowdfunding, and the supporters also appeared in the animation as a return. Set in the city of Kashiwa, the daily life of junior high school girls and strange monsters is depicted in a surreal gag taste.
