Nanny Faye joins the world of online dating, but when Todd gets wind of it he makes himself her chaperone. New homeowners Chase and Savannah compete for Todd's handouts to furnish their homes.

Savannah agrees to manage Todd's singing career for a school project and unwittingly unleashes his inner diva. Chase struggles to throw a dinner for the family to prove he can out do Savannah.

Todd thinks taking over Julie's housework while she recovers from surgery will be a cakewalk, but running the home isn't as easy as it looks. And Chase schemes with Nanny Faye to get Todd to accept his dog, Lilo.

Chase accepts Todd's challenge to market the juice bar, but quickly realizes that selling juice is hard. Meanwhile, Todd and Julie fret about Savannah, who's convalescing at the family home after a bad car wreck.

It's all hands on deck when Savannah struggles with a project for her clothing line. And after receiving an ultimatum from Todd, Chase will try anything to get his dog Lilo's behavior under control.

Todd and Chase team up for a not so friendly golf match against Jay Demarcus. And Savannah attempts to move in with Nanny Faye only to discover there's no room at the inn!.

Todd and Savannah butt heads while planning a fashion show for charity. Meanwhile, Chase helps Nanny Faye apply for a job as a Segway tour guide to win a bet with Todd.

Todd highjacks Chase's 21st birthday plans and forces some father/son bonding time on him. Meanwhile, Julie tries to get Grayson ready for football tryouts but knows nothing about football.

Todd gets more than he bargained for when he offers to watch a house full of children. And Julie struggles to let her hair down on a girls' weekend.

Grayson's dream to visit Universal Orlando's Volcano Bay is in jeopardy when his parents work gets in the way.
