Aled Jones joins the congregation of the historic St Chad's church in Rochdale, Lancashire for a traditional candlelight Christmas Eve carol service.

The celebrations include performances from soul singer and award winning West End stage performer Shaun Escoffery, Paloma Faith's singers the Faithettes and jazz singer Natalie Williams.

Along with everyone's favourite carols, the service also features Christmas prayers and Bible readings including a reading from Olympic champion Nicola White.
