In Lagos, one of Africa's largest cities, Clive gets a workout in the downtown street market, heads for the studio with local musicians and experiences the vibrancy of Nigerian art.

Abeokuta
Clive gets hands on to create authentic tie-and-dye adire clothes, finds out what sport is taking the country by storm and experiences how Nigerians throw a birthday party.

Marrakesh
Clive travels to Marrakesh, the Red City, known for its distinctive architecture. He learns how to create the most stunning Moroccan tile mosaics and stays overnight in the Atlas Mountains.

Casablanca
Clive trains with some of the country's best young footballers and gets on his bike to ride the streets with a Moroccan female motorcycle gang.

Tangier
On Morocco's northern tip, Clive meets the master musicians of Jajouka and helps out on the farm, milking mountain goats to produce delicious jben cheese.
