War of the Worlds
Casefile: British Invasion - Laura Sinclair is walking her dog when she sees a large cylindrical object hovering in the sky. A similar sighting is reported at a nearby air force base. Casefile: School Daze - Children at a Florida elementary school witness multiple UFO sightings over three days.

Aliens in the Swamp
Casefile: Catnip - In Ohio, two officers see a bizarre bright light flying in the night sky, Police dispatch advises them to follow the object, triggering a huge car chase. Casefile: Swampcraft - An ex-Military outdoorsmen tries to communicate with a UFO in the Florida Everglades.

Fire in the Sky
Casefile: Sucker-Sucker - A wave of sightings in Colares, Brazil in 1977 causes mass panic and thousands of people leave the island as a result. Casefile: Udder Terror - On a dairy farm in Australia, a strange flying object causes a severe headache for the farmer and distress among his livestock.

Nuclear Nightmare
Casefile: Missile Madness - Officials must decide how to confront a massive, unidentified object hovering over one of America's most secure Air Force bases. Casefile: Mission Impossible - A priest interacts with four beings on a saucer-shaped metallic craft hovering over his missionary in Papua, New Guinea.

Hunting Season
Casefile: Bullseye - Two brothers witness something extraordinary that defies explanation while hunting in Idaho. Casefile: Duck and Cover - A strange metal craft passes over Antananarivo, Madagascar plunging it into darkness for almost 10 minutes. Thousands of citizens witness the event.

Alien Assault
Casefile: Holy Mole (November 2, 1957) - Texas police receive several calls about a 200-foot flying object from local citizens. Two farmers in Levelland, Texas witness the strange sighting up close when it causes their truck to stop operating. This incident has become known as the UFO Storm of 1957. Casefile: No Trespassing (November 9, 1979) - In Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland, a property inspector in knocked unconscious when he comes in contact with a strange metallic object.

Alien Vampires
Casefile: Fish Fry - In Brazil, three men escape a close encounter only to realize it lasted hours longer than any of them remember. Casefile: French Fried - In Canada, a thirteen-year-old boy is temporarily blinded after investigating a strange object near his home.

Curse from Above
Casefile: Bogged Down - A father and son see strange lights near their property in Dexter, Michigan and call the sheriff's office. Six police cars try to chase down the object. Casefile: Rows and Flows of Angel Hair - A large cylindrical craft covers a town in southeastern France in an odd stringy material. The local college investigates the substance.

Caught on Tape
Casefile: Trick or Treat (October 31, 2004) - On Halloween night in the Tinley Park area of Chicago, Illinois, local authorities receive over 50 UFO reports. Many people record video of the strange lights that night, but one man has an encounter with a completely different object. Casefile: Clouded House (June 3, 2008) - In Bucks County, Pennsylvania more than 200 sightings of a large flying craft becomes known as the Buck's County Wave.

Hot Pursuit
Casefile: Chopper Stopper (October 18, 1973) - In Mansfield, Ohio, Air Force reservists are chased by strange lights while flying back to their base in Cleveland. Casefile: Holy Cow (November 29, 1980) - In Todmorden, West Yorkshire, England, police officer Alan Godfrey loses consciousness when he investigates a mysterious disruption.

Screaming UFOs
Casefile: The Hitchhiker (September 3, 1965) - In Exeter, New Hampshire a teen hitchhiking home after a night out sees an unusual pattern of lights in the sky and is terrified when they dive-bomb him. Casefile: Abberance en Provence (January 8, 1981) - In Trans en Provence, France a man working in his garden hears a strange whistle coming from the sky. He looks up to see an object speeding in his direction and fears in may crash.

Highway to Hell
Casefile: Missouri Flap (February 21, 1973) - In Piedmont, Missouri the high school basketball team is returning home after a big loss a group of lights seem to follow the bus. At the same time seven miles away in Mill Spring, Missouri a woman sees the same unusual lights outside her home. Over 500 reports were made in the following months. Casefile: Highway to Hell (August 15, 1968) - While in Nova Scotia, Canada a family driving through the night to return home in Ontario encounters strange lights and a cigar-shaped craft.

Saved by Aliens
Casefile: Southern Discomfort (January 8, 2008) - Near Stephenville, Texas three friends see a mile wide grouping of lights, ten mile away a local police officer also sees the same object. Over 500 reports were made in the following months. Casefile: Cosmic Cure (November 1968) - In Aix en Provence, France a local doctor has injured himself in the leg with an axe. After witnessing two objects merge into one it shines a bright light on him and his injured leg is healed.

Colbert is best known for his work as a television host, writer, actor, and producer, and lest known for his charity work teaching English as a second language on Tunisian date farms. Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
