It's happened in the 1990s. Night was a high school student in Bangkok. Mem was a high school student in Chiang Mai. They knew each other through writing letters in English subject. Sending letters to other school friends who has the same number. Even though they are all grown up in different ways but they both have a lot in common; like listening to music, reading the same kind of comic book, exchanging their pictures, sending music cassettes, sending small gift to each other. However, the problem is the difficult of their communication because of taking a long time getting the letter. Night is not sure if it was strange to feel close to Mem.
