In the first episode, 19-year-old supermarket worker Leon arrives in Zante. The Pinks have a full-on drama at a full moon party. And things get hedonistic for the Blues at a foam party. Which team does Leon to choose to join?

The Pink and the Blue teams battle it out over a series of fun-packed events to prove who can triumph at running the best sun-soaked parties. After last week's inaugural battle, it's time for a new arrival, as 19-year-old farmer's daughter Emi swaps wellies for bikinis. Emi first joins the Pink team as they host a singles night - which proves infinitely more successful for the reps than the holidaymakers. It's then over to the Blue team for a champagne spray party, which ends in tears when a love triangle uncorks tempers and arguments erupt. Which team will Emi pick?

Everyone brings their A-game to impress hunky new arrival Joe. He's straight to work with the Blues at a Glitter and Gold party and has a sparkly romance with Karys.

Things get glamorous this time, as Henry from Norfolk brings some serious swag to the competition. His start to club repping features an Indie Night - which is easier said than done on an island famous for dance music. And if that wasn't difficult enough, Henry's day with the Blue team finds them acting as tour guides - a tough call for a team more familiar with margaritas than maps.

Boss BJ has a big event planned featuring a live performance from music star Sigala. The VIP tickets need selling and A-list service is required on the night of the event. With this in mind, BJ throws in not one, but two new recruits to help with the workload. There's 19-year-old Millie and 26-year-old Chantal. First up, the pair try to help the Pinks sell tickets, but the Pinks have their mind on pretty much everything else. Later on, Millie and Chantal team up with the Blues in the VIP section, where one team member goes the extra mile in an attempt to lure the ladies. But which team will be victorious?

With Team Blue struggling to even up the numbers with Team Pink, the team decide to up their game and go all out to secure the latest new recruit - 25-year-old international model Alex, whose first role is to work with the Blues at one of Zante's notorious paint parties. Meanwhile, the Pinks try desperately to regroup after Millie's ultimatum. All seems to go well until Alex joins them doing a shift at a Greek restaurant, where things fall apart in a big way. Big Boss BJ is watching, with disastrous consequences.

The Pink team scramble to regroup as Charlie the final new recruit arrives on Zante. First, Charlie helps the Blues at a stag bar crawl before working a pool party with the Pinks. With the party at risk of dying on its feet, Nicola and Henry find a way to get things pumping. But which team will Charlie choose to join?

It's the end of the competition in the Greek party paradise of Zante and time for the Pinks and Blues to face their final challenge. Both teams must plan, promote and work rival beach parties right next door to each other. The two teams need to push themselves harder than ever in this last chance to convince the boss that they deserve a job. Can the Pinks finally figure out how to work together? And after weeks of serenity, will the Blue Team turn on each other?
