This week, Ruth meets the crew of 202 Squadron which provides sea and mountain training and finds out if she's got what it takes as a recruit.

Episode 4
Tulips from Amsterdam. Ruth Wignall celebrates the arrival of spring by tracing the journey of one of our favourite seasonal flowers.
She meets traditional tulip growers in Holland and visits the world's largest trading centre for plants and flowers near Amsterdam where blooms are sold and then transported to florists across Wales.

Episode 5
Andrew Price discovers how the rugged mountains of Snowdonia helped a woman to recover from an eating disorder which nearly claimed her life.
Ruth Wignall is on Anglesey learning about the therapeutic effects of bees, while Rob Shelley meets the mother and daughter from Rhos-on-Sea who are encouraging other women to take up sport.

Episode 6
Ruth Wignall meets a 104-year-old who stays young by walking the hills near his home, Andrew Price takes on the rugged rock face of Tryfan in Snowdonia, and Rob Shelley meets the ancient Carneddau ponies.

Episode 7
In this 'eco heroes' episode, Ruth Wignall meets a paddleboarder on an epic journey around Wales who is highlighting the problem with plastic. Meanwhile, Andrew Price joins climbers keeping the cliffs litter-free.
