We also see how the role of women has changed in game show history – from the early days of game show hostesses like Anne Aston to the impact of presenters like Anneka Rice (Treasure Hunt) and Carol Vorderman (Countdown) in the 1980s. There's also a chance to see how game show catchphrases have developed over the years and we relive the moments when, despite all that developing technology, things didn't always go to plan.
