A young islander, who is confident that comedians would "never slip up", asks them to liven up a wedding with their comedy.

Box
On their second day on the island, the comedians are tested by the groom as well as his father who distrusts them. Half of the comedians go to help an islander whose husband has been missing since the night before. While trying to pass the unexpected challenges with improvisations, the comedians encounter one of the ruins of laughter on the island called "Wataful". What on earth is "Wataful"?

Invasion
Tsurue island is attacked by a neighboring country. Comedians fight against the soldiers in a comedy battle. Meanwhile, Maya was kidnapped in the chaos and they plan to rescue her with their strong spirit and power of laughter. Sex
The bookstore owner continues to read the book by himself while his part-time employee is on a break. The chapter's title reads "Sex" and "R-18". While the comedians are puzzled by his request, another comedian, Tomochika, joins as a savior and tells them her juicy story.

The Wedding

Can the comedians, who have survived many unreasonable challenges, make them laugh and bring laughter back to the island?
