A Comic Relief extravaganza in Africa and the UK in which Davina McCall , Jamie Oliver and Graham Norton are joined by a host of stars to cook, clean, build houses, herd cattle, laugh, dance and sing their way through one very long day- revealing, in the process, how Comic Relief cash transforms people's lives on a daily basis.

Comic Relief Presents: Big Red Nose Night
An evening of star-studded comedy and celebrity reports that aims to "say pants to poverty". A look at some of the fund-raising pranks you can expect, and the chance to win Robbie Williams 's spangly suit.
The Ant and Dec Extravaganza: Harry Enfield and Mel Smith guest in an EastEnders special, as the Albert Square cast try to work out who shot Phil Mitchell. After Robbie Williams reports from flood-stricken Mozambique, Westlife perform Uptown Girl. Olympic gold-medal colleagues Steve Redgrave and Matthew Pinsent join Mo Mowlam as guests in Super My Hero, a special edition of Ardal O'Hanion's sitcom. Following the penultimate eviction in Celebrity Big Brother, Davina McCall reports from Nairobi's slums and Robbie Williams joins Ted and Ralph for The Final Fast Show.
8.30 Lenny Henry and Zoe Ball take over presenting duties as Kate Winslet , Robbie Williams , Emma Bunton and Anthea Turner join Rowan Atkinson and Lenny Henry in Popsters. A husband and wife from Edinburgh talk about her battle with Alzheimer's disease. A challenge is thrown out to Billy Connolly to get naked in London, there's the absolutely final episode of One Foot in the Grave, and then Gloria Hunniford and BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond pop up in Harry Hill's female fantasies. Phill Jupitus reports from India in a Goodness Gracious Me special, followed by the first of two reports from Rwanda, this one telling The Children's Story, It's the final of One Thousand to One, after which EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite, Ronnie Corbett and Des Lynam join Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham for Kiss Me Kate.

Comic Relief Presents: Have I Got Buzzcocks All Over
Angus Deayton, Nick Hancock, Sean Hughes, Stephen Fry, David Gower, Phill Jupitus and Moloko's Róisín Murphy get together for a special comic combination of quiz styles.

Comic Relief Presents: Big Red Nose Night
The evening continues with Jonathan Ross presenting. Victoria and David Beckham are grilled by Ali G in The Big Interview, followed by Return to Rwanda - the Mother's Story. Find out who has triumphed in Celebrity Big Brother before the Smack the Pony and League of Gentlemen teams weigh in with live specials. Hollywood star Samuel L Jackson chips in with an appeal, then, in Gimme Gimme Gimme, Kathy Burke and James Dreyfus try to raise money by selling kisses. There's a look at the frightening reality of child prostitution, before Alan Partridge broadcasts live from Manchester.
