A Fresh Start
Starting on Enlistment Day this is the very beginning of a year - long journey with the recruits of Bravo Company . Their first challenge is giving up every trace of civilian life and their freedom . As the hair comes off , some begin to realize that this is going to be no walk in the park .

Personal Demon
A fear of heights holds back some recruits in the tower jump , leading some to question their place in the Commandos . Completing the transition to becoming a soldier is the weapon's presentation ceremony , a pivotal moment where each recruit is handed SAR - 21 for the first time . .

Meeting Expectations
This week the boys learn all about their new partner the Singapore Assault Rifle 21st Century . Multiple drills help perfect their ability and ease with the weapon and helps boost their confidence . Finally , they fire live rounds as a part of their Basic Fire Training Programme .

Breaking Point
The recruits experience military life in the field for the first time . Deprived of modern comforts , the recruits are pushed towards their breaking points , in the hopes of forging elite soldiers . Under stress and fatigue , some show their true abilities , while others are just ready to call it quits .

Coming of Age
Bravo Company's Basic Military Training is coming to an end . As instructors plan the recruits' next steps in Commando training , the recruits still have to complete the 24 kilometre route march before graduation . During the long and arduous march , the boys reflect on their growth since enlistment .

That's My Specialty
The privates of Bravo company have split off into their various vocations: Leaders , Medics , Signals , Demolitions and Weapons . Posted to various camps to learn their new roles , they must learn new skills , and to cope with the new training environments - - all without the support of their friends

No Room For Error
In this episode , we follow the trainee commandos as they undergo their specialist vocation training . The boys strive to master a range of new weaponry , stealth boats and advanced medical equipment . But in doing so , they must overcome their doubts and push their minds and bodies to the limit .

Leap of Faith
Airborne troopers are the hallmark of Special Forces units around the world . In this episode , the Commando trainees take their first step in joining this elite band of brothers , in the Basic Airborne Course . But it would require great courage in the face of terrifying doubt and insurmountable fears .

No Man Works Alone
After 3 months of Vocation Training , Bravo Company is reunited at Hendon Camp , 1st Commando Battalion . If they thought that Basic Military Training was tough , they are in for a shock with the new training regiment under new Officer Commanding , Captain Kay Jek .

Toeing the Line
In this episode , we follow the trainees of Bravo ¾ Company in their second phase of battalion training . Their skills and teamwork are put to the test in intensive combat raid operations . But not all of them are up to the mark yet as some grapple with their dipping form .

Countdown

The Price is Right
The Price is Right, originally hosted by Bob Barker until 2007 and Drew Carey thereafter -- features a wide variety of games and contests with the same basic challenge: Guess the prices of everyday (or not-quite-everyday) retail items. Four contestants, all of whom are seated in one of the wildest audiences in daytime game-show history, are called to the stage to play a preliminary pricing round. Ironheart
Ironheart follows Riri Williams, a 15-year old engineering genius attending Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Riri builds a suit based on Iron Man's armor and takes up the name Ironheart.

Blindspot
A year after witnessing a traumatising attack in her neighbourhood, Hannah, a young wheelchair user, views a copycat attack on her area's CCTV system. The attacker enters the area with an unknown woman, but emerges alone, and Hannah believes she was murdered despite there being no evidence of a crime.
