Three new pairs of cooks compete. Danny and Paul run into timing problems, Saskia and Jamie's lack of process in the kitchen leads to chaos and Shamineh and Muneezay serve up little-known Parsi food.

Essex boys Danny and Paul struggle to translate their spin on the classic Sunday roast into sales. And can friends Shamineh and Muneezay communicate their little-known Parsi food to diners?
