Season 4
Emma Willis and Tom Allen return as hosts presiding over all the action, as eight celebrities are paired with professional chefs who will mentor them, in a bid to transform them from amateur to expert in a matter of weeks.
Celebrities taking part in this new series include Paralympian Ellie Simmonds, model and presenter Abbey Clancy, athlete Linford Christie, actor and television host Christopher Biggins, presenter Carol Vorderman, comedian Katherine Ryan, YouTuber Harry Pinero and Strictly professional dancer Pasha Kovalev.

Episode 1
Emma Willis and Tom Allen return with the celebrity cooking contest in which famous faces are mentored by world-class chefs as they compete in culinary cooking battles. In the opening episode, Carol Vorderman, Abbey Clancy, Pasha Kovalev and Harry Pinero compete to deliver stand-out dinner party dishes and progress to the next round.

Episode 2
Emma Willis and Tom Allen host as four new stars – Katherine Ryan, Christopher Biggins, Linford Christie and Ellie Simmonds - and their mentors, cook on a budget. They'll have to produce gourmet dishes using only tinned, frozen and pantry ingredients to secure their place in the next round. If they fail to impress with their budget creations, two of the stars will have to face the cook off.
