Escambia County, Florida Deputies stop a car in connection to a series of shoplifting calls and detain the driver. The passenger flees on foot, but a K9 tracks the man to a wooded area nearby. A Stop Stick is used to end the pursuit of a stolen car in Independence, Missouri.
