During a routine traffic stop, a vehicle's passengers admit to possessing marijuana and are taken into custody by the Cook County Sheriff's Police Department in Illinois. On another routine traffic stop, a deputy of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Tampa, FL, finds that the suspect has several tickets and a suspended license.
