Upon further investigation, the suspects are found to be carrying illegal narcotics. Deputies in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, attempt to stop a suspect on a motorcycle for a routine traffic violation. As they approach the bike, the deputies discover the man is intoxicated and take him in on a DUI charge.
