Officers from the Sacramento Police Department catch a suspect attempting to run from the police and discover meth in his possession. They question his girlfriend and take him into custody, and he makes an unexpected proposal. Then, two officers from the Kansas City Police Department are called to check out a burglary in progress and discover a man hiding in the attic. Finally, officers from the Amarillo Police Department respond to a domestic disturbance call and question two brothers caught in a fight over a business matter.
