When Sergeant Jason Hapner of the Indio, CA, Police Department spots a vehicle listed on the hot sheet as stolen, the driver attempts to evade the Sergeant in the vehicle as well as on foot. Also featured is Officer Justin Gauker of the Las Vegas, NV, Metropolitan Police Department, who notices a vehicle stopped in an alley with passengers and no license plate and finds more than just mischief.
