Stockton, California Police are dispatched to a male burglarizing a store. The man runs in circles in a vain attempt to elude the Officers but eventually gives up. A Sergeant in West Covina searches a truck and discovers meth hidden inside a magnetic box and a gun hidden in a door panel.
