Episode 1
In the first of the 10-part series, Caroline explores her favourite part of Cornwall with her old friend and ferryman Nick Bailey, who takes her on a tour of the Helford River, where travelling by boat is quicker and easier than by car. Nick explains: "I did marry a Cornish girl and I can't ever imagine taking her and the kids, anywhere else than here…even after all these years the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I just love being here, it's my life."
Also this week, it's a busy time at the Cornwall Seal Sanctuary where the team have rescued over 60 grey seals during the season and it's time to release the last of the rescued seal pups back into the wild.

Episode 2
This week, farmer and coasteering enthusiast Sam Williams takes to the water with some intrepid tourists. Trebah Gardens green fingered head gardener, Darren Dickey, gets his hands dirty for the annual hydrangea harvest. Caroline drops in on the crew of the Padstow RNLI and takes to the water with them on a training exercise, a boat trip she'll never forget.

Episode 3
This week, Georgie, the latest addition to the Healey family, gets to grips with life on the family cider farm and begins her cider making apprenticeship. Pip, guardian to one of Cornwall's most ancient and magical country estates, calls in the family to help with some Cornish hedge construction. Caroline drops in on the Roskilly family, dairy farmers on the Lizard Peninsula, to help head ice cream maker Toby, conjure up a new flavour.

Episode 4
This week, Newlyn artist Glyn Macey calls on a favour from old friend and Penlee Lifeboat coxswain Patch Harvey, to help him sketch the Cornish coast and gets more than he bargained for. Luxury Cornish lettings expert Sam goes on a mission to find local produce to compliment some Cornish cottages. Caroline discovers she has a nose for cider as she drops in on Sam and Georgie at Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm.

Episode 5
This week, Caroline pays a visit to Pip and Malcolm, who are proud custodians of one of Cornwall's most cherished heritage sites, Godolphin House, travels to the county's far west coast for a painting lesson with Newlyn artist Glyn Macey, and down in Port Isaac, lobster fisherman Callum Greenhalgh has a very special delivery for the National Lobster Hatchery.

Newlyn Fish Festival
This week Caroline gets in a festive mood as she opens the Newlyn Fish Festival and meets the people at the heart of one of Cornwall's largest fishing communities.
Local fishmonger Ian Pilkington puts his skills to the test in the Cornish Fishmonger of the Year Competition and sisters Lucy and Tor, set about showcasing some of the best produce Cornwall has to offer.

Porthcurno Beach
This week local artist Glyn Macey's summer of studies culminate in a beautiful painting of Porthcurno Beach. It's all glamour and good will as the Fowey Carnival waves farewell to Elaine and her carnival queens. Caroline takes to the water for a kayaking lesson before catching up with old friends Jemma and Simon at one of their famous feast evenings at their picturesque cliff-top café.

Port Isaac
This week Port Isaac based baker Sarah Coates swaps her baking tins for a wetsuit as she makes the final preparations for the annual charity event the "Big Swim". The Healey family take to the roads to pay homage to their famous Cornish relative. Caroline heads to Pentillie Castle and drops in on the Coryton family, who inherited and transformed this stately home for all to enjoy.

St Mawgan
This week, Sarah, Emma and Lucy forget their day jobs as they indulge their passion for all things vintage and put on a glamorous tea party for the villagers of St Mawgan.
Caroline catches up with Port Isaac lobster fisherman Callum Greenhalgh to catch, crack and eat some of the best crab in Cornwall.

Port Gaverne
For the last episode in the series Caroline returns to Cornwall's rugged north coast to support her friend Sam Williams in the Port Gaverne ‘Big Swim' charity event. Down at the Cornwall Seal Sanctuary the county's loneliest penguin is hoping to find love.
The summer draws to a close at Healy's Cyder Farm as Sam and Georgie begin their first apple harvest together.
