In this episode, investigators seize two council properties that they suspect have been abandoned by tenants who are now living abroad. And fraud investigators in Oxford are determined not to give up, despite the fact that unlawful subtenants are lying low and refusing to answer the door.
Episode 2
Luke, who grew up on a council estate, is with investigators as they catch a tenancy cheat red-handed. He's also on hand as a social housing flat is repossessed after investigators discovered it was being unlawfully sublet, making the tenant thousands of pounds of profit. And Luke meets a family of four who have finally got the home they were in desperate need of - after almost two decades on the waiting list.
Episode 3
In this episode, housing officers are pounding the streets, knocking on doors, making sure that lawful tenants are actually living where they should be. And Luke is moved to tears when Southend housing investigators make a shocking discovery as they attempt to find out why there's no one living in one of their council flats.
Episode 4
In this episode, it's third time lucky for housing officers as they show just how determined they are to track down a tenant they suspect no longer needs, or uses, his social housing property... because he has bought a place of his own. And Luke hears how an anonymous tip-off helped to unravel a tenancy scam that involved one family and two properties and spanned more than twenty years.

In this episode, housing association investigators in London are hot on the trail of one of their tenants who they suspect is leading a double life as a flamenco dancer, living in Spain. And Luke hears how another tenant, who was caught unlawfully subletting his council flat, is now being forced to repay £19,000.
