This time, Dave and Fran from the picturesque town of Christchurch in Dorset are looking to swap to a bigger home, and Steven from London is looking to downsize and move to the coast.

Pagan, magician and medieval battle re-enactor Kirsten is looking to downsize from her four-bed semi in Wells, Somerset. Her first viewing is in Essex, followed by a 107 miles away in Guildford, Surrey. Elsewhere, young couple Liberty and Jordan want to swap their home in Bideford in north Devon.
