The rookie brokers are summoned to one of the agency's luxurious properties - a three-million pound, Grade II listed castle. Unbeknownst to them, the agency's CEO is joining them to share an opportunity of a lifetime: the rookie that performs the best over the summer will get to work at the agency's headquarters in New York.
Broker Aly takes up the challenge and hustles to get a meeting with a multimillionaire developer, who he boldly convinces to let him list a £30 million town-house in Mayfair. Former care worker Georgie is given the task of finding a dream home for an influencer couple, but they've got quite a long wish list. Through some unorthodox methods and persistence, broker Krish lands himself a multimillion-pound listing in The Bishops Avenue - also known as Billionaires' Row.

Episode 2
Vanesa lands a €15 million villa overlooking Monaco. Georgie has a tricky meeting with a veteran broker. Aly tries to convince a contact to list his house in Knightsbridge.

Episode 3
The summer is coming to an end, and the brokers are feeling the heat. Krish finds a millionaire a unique home, while Vanesa considers her future at the agency.

Episode 4
Which rookie agent will get the chance to come to New York and work at the agency's HQ? The top two agents are invited to the agency's yearly summit to make an impromptu speech.
