The coach of the French heptahlon team mortally assaults a delegate from the Federation who announces to him that his ex-lover has been appointed in his place. While he was convinced of being reappointed to his post for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, Alain Saunier, coach of the French women's heptathlon team, was summoned by the Federation delegate, who told him that Laura, his ex-mistress and protege, was named in his place. Mad with rage and despair, Alain attacks the delegate, whom he beats to death. When he realizes what he has just done, Alain thinks he is lost. Indeed, he had not concealed his appointment for the day from anyone. However, an idea comes to his mind, which could help him get out of this situation without being worried...
