Crossing Jordan - Season 2

Jordan and Woody are 3000 miles from Boston on the trail of the man that may hold the answer to Jordan's questions about her mothers' death. Dr. Macy is struggling with the disappearance of Jordan and trying to solve a case of his own.

When the wife of a former ATF agent is found dead the husband's grief is overwhelming. He will take drastic measures and put everyone in the morgue in danger. Will they defuse the situation before it is too late?

Jordan and Nigel are making a trip to the local Total-Mart, and end up with a dead door greeter. When someone tries to steal the body the case takes an unusual turn.

After a high class party girl dies in custody, Woody will face possible charges. Jordan must step up and defend Woody and try to help save his career. Elsewhere Lily is trying to help a little boy.

Jordan tries her hand at dating and is later called to the scene of her would-be suitor's apparent suicide. A near death experience leaves Nigel asking lots of questions. Dr. Macy sets out to help validate a recently departed jazz legends personal image.

Jordan and the team are sent to lead the recovery effort at the site of an explosion. Amongst the rubble is a lone survivor and Jordan must keep him talking till help can get to him. The grim task of identifying the victims falls on Dr. Macy.

When the lover of a controversial lesbian talk show host is found dead, Jordan and Woody lead the investigation. Garret and Lily go head to head when a cancer patient dies.

Jordan accompanies Woody to L.A. to help solve a murder; Macy wonders about an old acquaintance who's looking for his wife; Lily's mother wants to move in with her.

Jordan tries to prove that a housewife murdered her husband; Macy's testimony frees a convicted child killer.

After his wife is killed, a forensics expert whom Macy dislikes becomes the most likely suspect; Jordan gets closer to solving her mother's murder.

Jordan discovers a live baby at a crime scene; a Briton from Nigel's home town tries to learn his son's whereabouts.

Working at the morgue for the first time, a doctor falls victim to a mysterious illness that soon claims two lives.

Max recalls a 40-year-old murder case on the annual evening when Jordan and friends gather at the bar to take a fresh look at unsolved crimes.

Jordan tries to find out who killed a teen informant; Dr. Winslow discovers a link connecting six corpses of homeless men.

While Jordan and Bug try to solve the killing of an unidentified man, Macy works on a detective's murder.

A man asks Jordan to help find a friend who's in danger; an old friend of Macy's asks him to oversee the details concerning her husband's death.

Jordan finds a former lover is the husband of an alleged suicide victim; Garrett investigates if a rapist's execution was extremely cruel; Lily questions a past decision after a harsh reaction from a grieving mother.

Checking into the death of a young woman involved in an explosion causes Jordan and a DA to clash; a Tibetan monk claims a body.

The body of a cellist missing for 13 years is found; a staff member's former wife dies; a hit-and-run victim's widower is attracted to Lily.

Woody takes a leave and goes home to Wisconsin, but soon finds himself in L.A. trying to solve a murder.

The staff assists Woody in trying to solve a triple homicide; a car has been found that may hold a clue to the murder of Jordan's mother.

The second season ends with Jordan making a grisly discovery linked to her mother's murder and her father's past.
