Las apariciones de Garabandal: Cuarto Milenio se adentra en el enigma de los sucesos ocurridos en San Sebastián de Garabandal (Cantabria) donde cuatro niñas de apenas diez años sufrieron éxtasis y fenómenos paranormales que, por primera vez en nuestro país, pudieron ser registrados fielmente por las cámaras. Desde hace 40 años, este pequeño pueblo de Cantabria guarda un gran secreto que nadie logra desvelar. Un misterio que pudo tener la relevancia internacional de Fátima o Lourdes y que acabó siendo censurado por la propia Iglesia. Las voces de la Guerra: El pueblo viejo de Belchite, cuyas ruinas permanecen aún como recuerdo de la Guerra Civil, será la segunda parada de Cuarto Milenio. Desde hace dos décadas, diversos ingenieros, especialistas e investigadores han obtenido grabaciones sorprendentes de sonidos propios de la batalla, que los espectadores del programa podrán escuchar este domingo. El equipo de reporteros pasó varias noches en Belchite, dispuesto a registrar estos fenómenos y descubrir definitivamente su origen. Apariciones en la carretera: Por último, Cuarto Milenio se sumergirá en el enigma de las apariciones en la carretera. Para ello efectuará un largo viaje desde de las antiguas leyendas urbanas a las rotundas realidades constatadas hoy en los archivos de las Fuerzas de Seguridad. Uno de los lugares donde algunos testigos aseguran haber visto apariciones es el kilómetro 159 de la carretera nacional 340. En este punto, la explosión en 1978 de un camión cisterna cargado de gas propileno provocó la tragedia del camping de Los Alfaques en la que fallecieron doscientas quince personas.
