El exorcismo de Annaliesse Michel: Cuarto Milenio estará poseído por una fuerza demoníaca. El espacio más misterioso de Cuatro se centrará en la noche del domingo en el caso de Annaliesse Michel, una joven alemana afectada por una posible posesión diabólica. Esta historia, que sacudió a la opinión pública de la Alemania de la época, ha inspirado multitud de películas. La muchacha murió pesando tan sólo 31 kilos y el caso acabó en los tribunales. La historia de esta posible posesión derramó en su momento ríos de tinta y enfrentó a la mismísima Iglesia. Cuarto Milenio la recupera ahora para intentar esclarecerla y captar la atención de los amantes del misterio.
