Allie returns from holiday with her new partner Finn, and is shocked to find that her ex-husband Gavin seems to be coping well without her. Meanwhile, Mia has determined that she will not give up Finn without a fight.

Darcey wants to take Allie's place in the business and in Gavin's bed. Ruby dishes the dirt on Finn and his murky past.
Episode Three
Gavin's celebrity styling slot on a local TV show is jeopardised when Darcey overplays her hand. Finn and Allie try to get to know their daughter Ruby.
Episode Four
Sydney, Gavin's flamboyant nail technician, is jealous when her daughter Calypso enters the Poptartz singing competition. She is determined to stop her daughter becoming a star, until she bumps into an old flame at the auditions.
Episode Five
Finn comes face to face with his responsibilities when his daughters turn up on his doorstep. Allie seizes the chance to get friendly with Boo Wibberley, the Progressive Hairdresser of the Year. Mia's mother, Zinnia Raggitt, causes trouble for her.
Episode Six
When Gavin's salon is threatened, he has to accept help from Allie. As Finn finalises his divorce from Mia, she tells him the last thing he wants to hear.
Episode Seven
Allie and Gavin go head-to-head in the Salon of the Year competition, but hairdressing is the last thing on their minds. Finn decides to turn over a new leaf. Ruby's news forces Allie to make a very difficult decision.
