Чужой район - All Seasons

Season 1
Andrei Frolov, an employee of the criminal investigation Department, is a white crow. He does not like the working methods of his colleagues, he does not want to participate in interrogations that are conducted using violence and pressure. After Andrei has neutralized the criminal, who turned out to be the grandson of an influential person, he is given an ultimatum: he must leave the wanted list at his own request, or... Andrey is transferred to the precinct, and by someone's "ill will", he is entrusted with the most difficult criminal plan, a remote area called "Molot" (Red Hammer).

Season 2
The order to transfer Frolov back to the Central District by the opera has already been practically signed, and so Andrei went for a walk "in the area" and said goodbye to his friends and comrades, but he could not return. More precisely, it was possible to return, but not to be in the right condition for the service. And as luck would have it, a commission from Moscow came with an inspection. Therefore, Frolov will not work in the central district yet, but will return to Molot until better times. So Frolov found himself in a "Strange neighborhood" again. The head of the department, Statyuk, was very happy about this. Artur and Makarov were not happy about this. And Svistunov was very surprised.

Season 3
Investigators hurried to close the case of the attempted murder of police captain Andrei Frolov in the Krasny Molot district, as a result of which his father was seriously injured. Frolov suspects that his long-time enemy, former werewolf policeman Tolya Dubinin, organized the assassination attempt. But suspicion, as you know, can't be pinned to the case.…
Meanwhile, Frolov is once again preparing to be transferred to the criminal investigation department of the Central District, from where he was exiled to the outskirts of St. Petersburg, unwittingly crossing the path of an influential police general.
But another clash with Dubinin and the machinations of the wanted head of the district administration, Alexander Petrov, again thwart Andrei's plans.…

Season 4
Major Andrey Frolov returned to the Criminal Investigation Department of St. Petersburg and rose to the rank of senior officer. Together with Venya Solntsev, he is preparing an operation to apprehend a gang of counterfeiters, but it is disrupted by the plumber Grishin from the Red Hammer. Andrey still manages to detain the leader of the criminal group, but the very next day he is released due to lack of evidence. In this regard, the management again sends Frolov to the Red Hammer.
