In the pilot episode "Lost My Marbles", Hacker infects Motherboard with a computer virus. At a library on Earth, while looking at a computer, Jackie, Matt, and Inez (who accidentally let Hacker unleash the virus by touching the computer map simultaneously) are sucked through an interdimensional portal into Cyberspace. In their first adventure, they go to an island to rescue Dr. Marbles. In subsequent adventures, they return to Cyberspace to thwart Hacker's evil plans, ranging from ruining Motherboard to trying to take over a Cybersite. Throughout the season, the Cybersquad searched for a new encryptor chip for Motherboard. In Episode 9, Buzz and Delete nearly retrieved the encryptor chip, but lost it in a dust storm, much to Hacker's frustration.

Convinced his past failures were the result of bad fortune, the Hacker determines to collect the 10 legendary Good Luck Charms of Cyberspace--possession of which, according to the Book of Power, will guarantee him good luck forever. By the time Motherboard learns of his intent, only one Charm remains at large. She sends Digit and the kids after it, but is unable to tell them which of the forest's many bunnies is the lucky one. Using the clues she can give them, they group the bunnies by characteristic, and when Motherboard remembers the exact qualities of the lucky bunny they are able to identify it quickly. Unfortunately, Buzz and Delete grab it and race to the Northern Frontier before the kids can stop them. Meanwhile, the Hacker has decided to replace the bungling robots. His order to ""Henchmen R Us"" for all the henchmen who are ""evil or cheap"" results in the arrival of a hoard of potential employees. After some consideration, he asks all the candidates who are ""evil and cheap

The kids use geometry to find Dr. Archimedes [and his house] so he can give Dr. Marbles the Encryptor chip.

Buzz and Delete, posing as a delivery person, replace Motherboard's cryoxide with green sludge. When Digit arrives she is overheated and getting worse fast. He discovers the goop where the coolant should be and when the kids arrive tells them that if Motherboard doesn't get fresh cryoxide soon her CPU will melt. They find a container a little taller and almost as wide as the coolant tank, and Matt and Inez leave with it in Dr. Marbles' new 2-seater cybercoupe. Jackie stays to help Digit look after Motherboard, wearing one of the helmets Matt brought with him from batting practice to protect herself from the debris flying out of Motherboard's circuits as they heat up. When the coupe lands at Blue Falls Castle, Matt and Inez find the door guarded by the gnome they met on their previous visit to Castleblanca. When Jackie, Matt, and Inez arrive in Happily-Ever-After the residents are preparing to celebrate the erection of their brand-new You-CanÃ•t-Get-in-Here Skywall. They are unaware that Hacker, waiting just outside the cybersite, has arranged to have the Skywall shattered by the high note in the Wicked WitchÃ•s signature vocal solo. His agent inside has passed him a recording of her singing, and heÃ•s using it and a model of Happily-Ever-After to verify that his plan will work. As Spider struggles to orchestrate the event, Chicken Little raises an alarm: the dam is leaking! Efforts to stopper the hole are unsuccessful and water is rising fast until DigitÃ•s inspection reveals that the hole is larger on the inside of the wall than the outside. He makes a model of the shape of the hole and the kids use it to make a plug to fit the hole. They return to rehearsals, only to have WickedÃ•s rehearsal interrupted by the collapse of the platform on which she is standing. She quits the show. The

The Hacker kidnaps the Beast from a Rock Band on the Mount Olympus Cybersite. Without him, the band plays horribly and off beat and if they don't play good music, then the whole Cybersite will fall apart! Digit has to find the Beast while the kids take notes on what beat each member of the band plays. On For Real: Harry joins a tap dance class and tries to play well with a crush on the instructor.
