Bringing a warning about the future and a request, journalist Lucy Davenport confronts Gilmore and the cyborgs about their past.

The Unblessed
The cyborgs regroup. Donning their combat armor, they fight seriously once again to defeat the power of the storm and its cause, the Cowboy.

Something Wicked This Way Comes
Though they believe Lucy's story about the existence of the Blessed, the cyborgs aren't sure that they are enemies. The Teacher has no such doubts.

The Guardians
The United Nations Guardians appear at the cyborgs' ranch with orders to detain everyone there on charges of suspected terrorist activities.

The House of Fortune
Now fugitives, the cyborgs flee a battle with the Guardians. Joe and Françoise still want peace, and the group splits up to investigate the Blessed.

Towards the Truth
Joe and Françoise obtain an answer to their question from the Monk, but their reactions are different. Meanwhile, the Guardians attack the Dolphin 3.

Breaking Point
Igarashi releases Jet Link and they attempt to rescue Ivan before he's kidnapped by one of the Blessed; Joe is forced to take drastic measures.

Emperor
Igarashi and Davenport return to New York, while the cyborgs and Guardians break into the factory where they believe Ivan is being held.

The Ambivalent
Ivan and the Emperor discuss human history; Canetti explains the Emperor's plan for forced human evolution to Gilmore and the remaining cyborgs.

Wish Upon a Star
Jet Link faces one of the Blessed outside the space station; inside, Joe and Heinrich attempt to stop the micro drones' release as time counts down.

For Whose Sake
Cyborg 007 frees Davenport and Igarashi. Ivan reveals his true intent in joining the Emperor as the cyborgs and the Guardians converge on New York.

Beyond the Light
The final battle rages in New York: Joe confronts the Emperor, who has wiped Catalina's memory and sidelined Ivan, and their friends race to help.
