Each 30-minute episode begins as mother and daughter present competing ideas within a given budget for rooms that are in design distress. Once the client chooses a renovation plan, they must work together to turn that vision into a reality on Cyrus vs. Cyrus: Design and Conquer. With décor dilemmas and makeover malfunctions along the way, will this dream team deliver the desired results or crack under pressure?

Hoping to entice Miley to come visit more, Billy Ray challenges Tish and Brandi to convert their old barn into a surprise for Miley, and make it a home in Nashville she can call her own.  Nothing on this project will be easy, especially keeping it a secret from Miley. When everything goes wrong, they must race the clock to finish before Miley arrives.
