Gemma, living with her three-month-old daughter, sees her formerly estranged mother, Davina, move in. Instead of helping, her mother lives an irritatingly carefree life. Meanwhile, father Malcolm is living back at the bedsit, sleeping on an inflatable bed on the landing.
