He was a key political figure in the last days of Joseon, and is one of the main focuses of the eleventh and last part of the 500 Years of Joseon Dynasty series. This episode details the years spanning from the reign of King Cheoljong to the Empire under Gojong and Empress Myeongseong, and finally the fall of the dynasty.
