Episode 1
In the first episode, Suzette, Kym and Maren travel to Brazil, where they learn about the fast-paced fusion-dance passinho, before travelling to a rural settlement in the jungle outside Rio, where they are shown the art of capoeira, an ancient dance-fight born from the time of slavery.

Episode 2
In the second episode, the dancers head to the townships of Johannesburg to discover the street dance pantsula, visiting Soweto, where this highly energetic dance originated. Later, they travel to the Zulu homeland of KwaZulu-Natal, where Maren, Suzett and Kym witness a traditional purity dance.

Episode 3
In the final episode, Maren, Suzett and Kym head for New York, where they spend time in The Bronx, the birthplace of hip hop. They hang out with Alien Ness, one of the founding fathers of hip hop and breaking back in the 1970s, who gives them a tour and some history. Later, the trio explore litefeet, once an underground dance performed in subways that has gone mainstream.
